Emmanuel Zerbib started his career in 1999 within the Paris office of the American law firm Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, where he practiced for five years.

In 2004, he set up his own law firm as individual law practioner and will practice in such respect until the end of 2013.

In early January 2014, Emmanuel Zerbib has therefore co-founded Lexwin Avocats Law firm with his partner, Alexandre Faure.

Emmanuel Zerbib benefits from a wide range of experience in business and tax law exceeding twenty years.

He advises directors of small and mid-size companies, for their significant corporate operations emerging in the course of their business life.

He enjoys significant expertise regarding restructuring, fund raising, transfer of assets, sale and acquisitions of companies.

He also advises directors and their family members for their trust and estate, especially in the real estate area (residential, offices, commercial premises or other).

He has a significant experience for handling tax issues and tax optimization, in relation to the above-mentioned operations.

Eventually, Emmanuel Zerbib also intervenes for managing international issues, in relation with local correspondents from different countries (mainly: Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Morocco, United States, United Kingdom, Israel etc.)

Educational background

After being graduated in 1994 from the Université Paris-Dauphine with a Master degree in corporate finance and business accounting (so called MSG), Emmanuel Zerbib carried on his studies and obtained in 1997 another Master degree (equivalent to a LLM) namely DESS Juriste d'affaires issued by the University of Sceaux (in partnership with HEC, a famous business school in France). He was admitted to the Paris Bar school during the same year, before taking oath as a lawyer in January 1999.
